About Us 

In 2023, the Director of R&C Corporation had an idea to create a phone-flipping business that could generate profits and support himself, as well as others around him. Some of those “others” responded with doubt, repeatedly telling him he was not smart enough and treating him in ways that were harmful and abusive.

As a result, Russell Mensah was forced to make it on his own in a world that often felt brutal and unforgiving. Despite those conditions, he grew stronger and chose to build rather than let his situation define him. From that resilience, RZL Wireless was born.

RZL Wireless was initiated around the same time MDYAAC was launched; a youth-focused organization dedicated to protecting and supporting young people in dangerous or unstable environments. As both efforts developed, Russ and his team came to a shared understanding: RZL Wireless was more than a business. It became a way to teach practical, real-world skills to youth and to ourselves. From that shared purpose, R&C Corporation was formed.

RZL Wireless was later renamed Hasnem (“Mensah” spelled backwards) to convey a meaningful message: no matter how difficult life becomes, you can always turn around, walk out of harm's way, and create something better for yourself.

Today, we are proud to announce that Hasnem is only the beginning, and more companies built on this same mission are in development. With the support of MDYAAC and our community, we are committed to empowering abused and at-risk youth, helping them grow stronger, more independent, and more capable than ever.
